Cat: Slow Roasted Pork Belly with whipped potatoes Au Jus (omg - Amazing gravy!.... though not as good as the Guiness-made gravy at the Irish bar in Speedway)

Waiter is Alex - Great guy
Cat: Pinot Noir - France, Les Deux Moulin - Slow Roasted pork belly with whipped potatoes, au jus
